Logistics Coordinator

Overall:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for preparing any commercial documents for shipments to international customers. They will work with our freight factories, freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure on-time shipments and delivery. This position will require strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:

-       Accurately track and maintain Import Tracker for cross-functional teams visibility

-       Approve shipment schedules and quotes accurately and timely

-       Monitor and track shipments coming into any one of our multiple DCs to ensure on-time delivery in conjunction with our Inbound Operations Coordinator

-       Flag any transit related delays to the appropriate teams

-       Assist with accounting related requests in regards to inventory and inbound freight

-       Create and analyze freight forwarder and customs broker scorecards in regards to performance

-       Maintain and/or create any freight related SOPs for our vendors

-       Complete any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned

-       Assist with any freight claims

-       Support with any DC transfers of inventory

-       Handle any international wholesale RTVs back to our DCs

Skills:

 

-       Intermediate Excel User (vlookups, conditional formatting, pivot tables)

-       Microsoft Office Suite & teams

-       Ability to track multiple processes at one time and work independently

-       Experience with 3PLs and internally owned DCs

-       Great communication and interpersonal skills

-       Data reporting skills

-       Organized and coordinated for timely responses across the business

-       Full Circle experience preferred or other ERP experience

-       Familiarity with the retail industry

-       Familiarity with freight forwarders, customs brokers & small parcel shipments
