Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator near Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. This role is primarily focused on overseeing all aspects of logistics coordination, including managing invoicing, preparing packing slips, and maintaining communication with customers. Responsibilities: • Oversee the coordination of logistics for shipments to ensure smooth operations • Manage invoicing procedures, verifying accuracy in all billing details • Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed on the status of their orders and deliveries • Prepare and process packing slips for all outgoing orders in a timely and efficient manner • Review invoices to ensure all charges are correct and rectify any discrepancies • Assist customers by providing updates and answering any queries they may have • Perform administrative tasks as required, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up-to-date • Pack items to be shipped out, ensuring they are securely packaged and labeled correctly. Requirements • Demonstrated ability to review invoices with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in logistics management, including planning, implementing, and coordinating supply chain operations. • Exceptional customer service skills to assist customers effectively and handle their queries and concerns. • Solid background in administrative assistance, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
