Logistics Coordinator
Job Description Logistics Coordinator to our CXC Wireless team based in RTP. This role is 100% onsite in RTP to fulfill logistics for the Wireless Survey Depot. This role will directly support CAP engagements as well. Establish governance around transactional project engagements to ensure compliance and efficiency.  Coordinate across multiple teams to align resources, timelines, equipment, scope of work, and costs.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date status of each project in the relevant reporting tools.  Plan and optimize logistics related to transactional projects, including scheduling, travel oversight, resource lead times, and decision-making hierarchy.  Work onsite at the Cisco RTP site as required to meet project timelines and requirements.  Coordinate equipment shipments and returns to meet project timelines.  Schedule and coordinate engineers and site surveyors to align with project timelines and deliverables.  Attend scheduled Cisco meetings to ensure alignment of services with Cisco and client requirements.  Identify risks and issues, developing response and mitigation strategies.  Support the execution of contract change-management processes.  Contribute to Cisco's project management community by sharing lessons learned and best practices. Skills and Requirements Required skills:  Business related or technical BA/BS degree or equivalent experience  2+ years of experience in a Logistics or Project Coordination role  Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), PMP or Certified SCRUM Master certification attained or in process highly desirable.  Experience working in a multi-functional, collaborative environment  Experience with project management platforms and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (including Project), Smartsheet, Gantt Charts, JIRA, Oracle Projects, Salesforce, and Tableau - logistics and/or Project Specialist experience - experience with managing, tracking, inventory null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
