Description We are in search of a Logistics Coordinator to become a part of our team. This role is situated in Newark, New Jersey, and involves the execution of various tasks in the logistics sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing customer requests, supervising finished product production, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities • Manage the entry of customer orders into the production system • Oversee the production process to ensure finished products meet the required standards and are delivered in a timely manner • Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the entire process • Respond to customer inquiries regarding production, order tracking, and delivery options • Provide support to the sales team when necessary • Use ERP Solutions and About Time software to enhance efficiency in the production process • Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely and accurate responses • Ensure proper management of freight bills. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a role similar to a Logistics Coordinator is required. • Knowledge of Freight Bill is essential.
