Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Coordination: Manage and coordinate the dispatching of products and services to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on dispatch status.Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM system.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any dispatch-related issues, working closely with logistics and operations teams.Reporting: Generate and analyze dispatch and sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales and dispatching, preferably in [your industry].Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and accuracy.Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Skills

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
