Logistics Coordinator
Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging, and shipping of supplies, materials, and equipment. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. Coordinates movement of product from the warehouse with all 3PL companies. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. Handles ad hoc system investigation and reporting as necessary. Manages all aspects of shipping documentation, including the creation of shipment authorization paperwork, verification of packing slips, and coordination with 3PL partners on the creation of freight and customs documentation. Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities. Manages additional projects and responsibilities as required. Maintains quality, ensures audit compliance, and keeps records in the area. Ensures that the quality standards for the company are met or exceeded. Collaborates and communicates effectively with the team and other departments to ensure a seamless operation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
