Sterling Crane is looking for an experienced individual to fill our Dispatcher position to work from our Midland, Texas branch.  The Dispatcher coordinates and is responsible for activities of team members engaged in crane and lifting operations in accordance with the Sterling Standard and customer requirements.  Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position also assists in duties of Branch Administration when required including but not limited to assisting with new hires, payroll, invoicing and payables.

HS Diploma/ Organized, proven strong and effective communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, along with a willingness to learn. Strong computer
experience is a must and proficient in Excel and various data systems.
