Logistics Coordinator (Kent, WA)
(Job Description) Beverage manufacturing company located in Kent, WA is currently hiring for a Customer Account Specialist. The company is looking for someone who has great experience working with customers, listening to, resolving issues, and promoting company policies while meeting their needs. The company is not looking for a call center customer service but more focused on customer account and/or customer resolution experience. The customer inquiries and work will mostly be handled via email. (Position Details) Title – Customer Account Specialist / Customer Service Representative Pay – $55k - $65k/yr. (All depended on relevant industry, job titles, tenure, and more) Schedule – Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST) Location – Kent, WA (100% Onsite) (Responsibilities) + Enter orders and send quotes to customers; + Communicate with customers about product shortages or delays with production, pickup or delivery; + Participate in operations meetings; + Manage international customers’ orders and production procedures; + Create and file Commercial Documents - Commercial Invoice, Commercial Packing List, SLI, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Free Sale, Health + Experience with entering orders, invoicing and shipment tracking. + Create and file International paperwork. + Maintain and create customer records in the Company’s ERP program; + Send out samples to customers; + Track all shipments in progress and monitor on-time delivery; + Work with the warehouse to ensure orders are shipped promptly. + Answer a large volume of calls and answer the phones promptly; + Provide back-up to fellow team members as needed; + File completed paperwork. (Qualifications) + 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry. + Experience in Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or any other ERP at a minimum. + Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. + Customer oriented and ability to adapt / respond to different types of personalities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Comfortability handling email customer support (must have strong writing skills) (Disqualifications) + Job hoppy + No ERP experience (Employee Value Proposition) + Employee Medical (employee portion of base plan 100% paid by company), dental, vision, and life insurance. + Retire plan (401(k) and Roth IRA) with company matching. + Sick days, holidays, and vacation allowances For consideration, please apply directly with recently updated resume highlighting the qualifications above. ***More relevant/direct skills highlighted on resume, higher consideration for proceeding immediately*** Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington.
