Duties and responsibilities For Dispatch

 

Routing Phlebotomists and couriers end of day/daily/and last minute to needed locations Maintain routes and schedules of facilities for pickups/blood draws Notifying patients/accounts on arrival times Answer phone calls and text messages Scheduling pickups/home draws/and appointments
