Job Description: Job Duties and Responsibilities: + Oversee the processing of orders from receipt to delivery. + Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. + Arrange and coordinate transportation for goods. + Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency. + Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement. + Generate reports on logistics performance metrics. + Maintain and update logistics systems and software. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy within logistics systems. + Liaise with vendors and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. + Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for shipments. + Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the logistics process. + Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. + Implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management. + Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective logistics management. General Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in any Business, Engineering, Finance or any related courses + 1-2 years’ experience within logistics area or purchasing transactional activities + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in logistics software and systems. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. + Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Knowledge of supply chain management principles. + Attention to detail and organizational skills.
