Monday-Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Rotational Weekends)

As a Route Service Group Lead, you will assist the department supervisor by performing combination of activities: schedule coordination, provide input to supervisor on performance reviews, disciplinary actions. Perform all of the duties of and Route Service Rep. I, II, III and train new reps.
Pay Range: $22.00+ per hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Ability to follow instructions. Ability to lead others Conduct training for new hires. Provide input to supervisor for performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Communicate all unresolved problems immediately to the appropriate Manager, Supervisor, for resolution. Reads, understands and complies with departmental policies, protocols and procedures: (i.e. Procedure Manuals, Safety Manual, Compliance Manual, Automobile policies and procedures, Employee Handbook, Quality Assurance Manual). Adhere to departmental and company code of grooming and dress code policies, appearing neat and clean at all times. Reports on time to work, following attendance guidelines. Communicates appropriately with coworkers. Performs route audits
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Work Experience:
1-3 years in logistics or transportation experience Valid state specific driver license with a clean driving recordPreferred Work Experience:

Requirements:
