Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Logistics Handling Specialist with English and Swedish f/m/d to join our international Global Business Services in one of our divisions. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing, some logistics activities and regular contact with client. There is also a possibility to work remotely.  You will be responsible for:Managing customer orders for instruments and accessoriesProcessing customer orders according to commercial principlesTracking deliveries and coordinating them with other services that are needed to fulfill contractual obligationsHandling timely invoicingProactive correction and/or escalation deviations from the target statePhone and e-mail contact with customers, suppliers and internal customersCreating reports as part of logistics controlling What do you need to make real what matters?Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Swedish (mandatory) Academic degree in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on logistics or commercial educationExperience/background in handling customer ordersKnowledge of SAP modules SD and MMGood level of proficiency in working with Microsoft Office 365 applicationsPractical experience in evaluating and analyzing data setsAbility to work in a teamGood communication and customer service skillsOpen-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to performed tasks We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
