Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to increase profitable sales and win market shares in Logistic market through establishing new accounts for the company while maintaining existing business and increase penetration of these accounts in China. Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets.• Acquisition of key customers in the respective market/industry• Look after and consult customers in the respective market/industry• Analyze, establish and expand networks with key-institutions (strategic end-customers, system-integrators, reseller, universities, associations) in the respective market/industry• Analyze technical trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations internally as well as to the other subsidiaries• Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing etc.) to the adequate departments • Responsible for reaching the targets in turnover and units in logistic industry
Qualifications for the roleUniversity majored in industrial automation/mechanical-electronic engineering (1st batch Key University strongly desired) At least 5 years working experience in technical sales position of Logistic industry. Foreign invested company working experience is a preferred Experience in develop and manage sales channels is preferred With high flexibility Proactive, aggressive and initiative Good interpersonal & presentation skill Good English Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications Good sales track record
