Responsibilities

Leading the transition of the TMS carrier integration vendor, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Managing and coordinating carrier integrations using EDI, API, and other relevant technologies.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful integration and implementation.

Developing and maintaining deployment strategy, detailed project plans, timelines, and communications.

Identifying and resolving issues related to carrier integrations and TMS operations, working across multiple teams internally & externally.

Working with stakeholders to identify key operational needs and to develop and deploy best practices and tools.

Managing project risks, proactively identifying & removing roadblocks with potential impact to timeline, budget, or customer on-time delivery.

Providing training and support to internal teams on new systems and processes.

Communicating progress of initiatives to key stakeholders & senior leadership.

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Developing and maintaining cross-functional partnerships with IT, carriers, logistics, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience with carrier integrations (EDI, API, etc.).

Experience leading large or complex system implementations.

Strong knowledge of operational transportation management.

Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

Project management experience with a focus on lean methodologies and continuous improvement.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with global stakeholders at multiple levels.

Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Proficiency in Oracle TMS (OTM) software and related technologies.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in transportation.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or other relevant project management certification.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in transportation management.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
