Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid} {insert Linkedin #}Location: Bac NinhYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tCollaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.•\tReceiving mails and classifying documents before sending to clients, customers, accountants, and forwarders•\tPreparing customers and vendors’ code request•\tPreparing Delivery Notice, Delivery Note, Goods Exit Permit, Payment Request and Overdue Notice•\tCollecting signatures and stamps for relating documents•\tHandling over goods and documents to customers•\tCoordinate with others in Logistic team to provide exact and correct information to customer.Other Admin support

Qualifications for the role

\tSenior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in International Business Administration/Commerce or related majors.\tGood organization skills, proactive, result-oriented, \tAbility in managing several tasks\tGood teamwork and interpersonal skills\tPassionate, fast learners with Can Do attitude\tGood command of English
