Job Description

We are seeking a talented Logistics Launch Project Manager to join our team. This role is key in overseeing the logistics operations during ramp-up phases and ensuring the smooth coordination of all activities related to the tracking of bodies and parts in production. You will be at the heart of a collaborative team working to meet tight deadlines and operational targets.
 

Required Service:

1. Tracking of bodies during ramp-up phases:

Coordination of schedules with the respective Z-areas and internal customers, such as Surface departmentsEnsuring adherence to schedulesCreation of handover protocolsCoordination of body scrappingSupport in the implementation of production programsOn-site support

2. Tracking of parts during ramp-up phases:​​​​​​​

Coordination of truck deliveries (registration, pickup, unloading)Coordination of existing ramp-up warehouses by production planningDistribution of parts from the warehouse and coordination of delivery to the facility or internal customersEnsuring adherence to timelinesCoordination of part scrappingReordering missing parts, if necessaryOn-site support

QualificationsProficiency in English and German (mandatory)Proven experience in logistics or project managementStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and adhere to deadlinesExcellent communication skills and team collaboration
