**Job Title: Logistics Manager**
**Job Description**
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for deploying staff and equipment to disaster locations, including mobile disaster field hospitals and base camps. This role involves analyzing complex logistical problems, providing recommendations, and implementing solutions. The Logistics Manager will supervise and assign staff as needed, coordinate with sister companies, and oversee all equipment, supplies, and inventory.
**Responsibilities**
+ Deploy staff and equipment to disaster locations, including mobile disaster field hospitals and base camps for federal, state, and local agencies.
+ Analyze complex logistical problems, provide recommendations, and implement solutions.
+ Anticipate future logistical support needs, requirements, and expectations.
+ Supervise and assign staff based on project complexity and deadlines.
+ Coordinate with sister companies regarding product deliveries and training.
+ Oversee, track, and maintain all equipment, supplies, and inventory.
+ Perform other duties as necessary.
**Essential Skills**
+ 10 years of experience in logistics or disaster operations, including recent military experience (separated 5 years or less) with supervisory responsibilities.
+ Preferred bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Strong leadership and motivational skills.
+ Good organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Connecteam, etc.).
+ Strong project management skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to conduct presentations and training.
+ Responsible, self-managed, and strong work ethics with excellent character traits.
+ Ability to collaborate well with other team members and strong team-building skills.

**Work Environment**
Work is conducted in a non-climate controlled warehouse. This role requires travel.
