Salary Maximum USD $150,000.00/Yr. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage all Global Air and Sea Freight logistics activities for our production facilities. You’ll take charge of establishing and overseeing third-party supply chain services, collaborating seamlessly with the Production & Logistics team to ensure critical parts are available, products are shipped on time, and warehousing and shipping/receiving operations run smoothly.

You’ll be the the driving force behind developing and executing logistics plans, budgets, and procedures, all while ensuring we meet customer needs efficiently and within budget. Your expertise will be key in financial planning and reporting, driving optimal performance across our logistics activities. Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain services.
• Develop and implement logistics plans, budgets, and procedures.
• Interact with vendors and peers in Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Product Development to optimize systems and procedures.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function
• Support import-export shipment of products.
• Manage professionals or supervisors coordinating activities of a section/department.
• Accountable for team performance and results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plans.
• Exercise full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, and termination.
• Address issues with impact beyond own team/group based on knowledge of related disciplines.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degreeAt least 8 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience2 years management experience

OR

Master's degreeAt least 6 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience2 years management experience

OR

At least 10 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience2 years management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills

• Thorough understanding of international Letters of Credit and other forms of banking documents and international shipments.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
