Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Logistics Manager based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role involves overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations. Responsibilities: • Oversee the implementation and usage of business systems, ERP Solutions to enhance logistics operations. • Ensure timely and accurate billing functions are carried out. • Handle logistics coordination, including interfacing with customs. • Utilize CRM to maintain accurate customer records and manage customer inquiries. • Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure they are up to date and any issues are promptly addressed. • Use your communication skills to effectively resolve any customer service issues. • Work closely with the team to ensure all logistics processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
