This leadership role challenges you to revolutionize our supply chain. Over 12-18 months, you'll rotate through key areas, gaining invaluable experience in strategic planning, SAP APO systems, and supply chain management principles. Your rotations will take you to various sites in the US, Mexico, and Germany, broadening your global perspective. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing decisions and driving operational excellence. You'll dive deep into Logistics Planning & Fulfillment, mastering demand forecasting, inventory management, and global logistics. You'll lead transformative projects, improving S&OP processes and driving forecast accuracy. At Bosch, we foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Are you ready to shape the future of mobility with us? **Qualifications** **Basic Qualifications:** + **Ability to move to different locations within the US, Mexico and Germany for 3-6 month rotations over the next 12-18 months** + Bachelor's Degree + 7+ years e.g. in the mobility industry, preferably within an international setting and of increasing logistics responsibility + 3+ years experience leading and implementing digital solutions **Preferred Qualifications:** + Advanced degree, MBA, Supply Chain, Engineering or comparable degrees preferred + Experience in the automotive industry + Experience leading direct reports **Additional Information** **Sponsorship: Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
