Lead a team of supervisors and professionals who are\ndistributing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage\nyour logistics experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented\ndistribution teams. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive\nsafety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell’s\nstrategic distribution center facilities. Through collaboration with cross\nfunctional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement.\nAs a manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral\ncompetencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible site operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and customer shipment.Lead a team of supervisors to execute day to day operationsDrive a culture of continuous improvement, using Lean, 6 Sigma etc.Sponsor and lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity at the siteCollaborate with customers and cross functional teams to resolve customer complaints.Assist site leader in developing site operational and financial AOP’sDevelop the team of supervisors to be potential successors for this role.Ensure that the site meets or exceeds its AOP targetsU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Salary Range: $116,000-174,000

5+ years of warehouse/distribution/logistics experience directly managing supervisors and employees  5+ years of Inventory Cycle Counting5+ years Physical Inventory Leadership Experience5+ years SAP experience
