We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to lead a dynamic team in coordinating the seamless movement of products in and out of our facility. What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to maximize efficiency and productivity.Oversee inbound and outbound scheduling, ensuring all shipments are scheduled 24 hours in advance.Optimize logistics processes based on volume, facility constraints, and historical trends.Collaborate with Operations and Office Managers to ensure smooth product flow from commitment to final loading.Monitor shipment status, address delays or exceptions, and proactively resolve issues.Manage yard security, drop trailers, and spotting activity.Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and oversee key programs like pallet exchanges.What We’re Looking For:Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in shipping or transportation management.Logistics Expertise: Strong understanding of import/export regulations and warehouse management systems (WMS).Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience with WMS software.Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage internal and external partners.Highly Organized: Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and drive operational efficiency.Why Join Us?Be part of a company that values innovation, efficiency, and teamwork.Lead a team and make a direct impact on our logistics and supply chain operations.Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth.Why Lineage?
