Smart Infrastructure - Logistics

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service support to customers in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region, manage inbound and outbound deliveries and stock movement within our Asia Pacific Hub in Singapore. The primary responsibilities include:

Sales Orders FulfillmentBeing the 1st contact to customer to manage daily communications on all inquiries/ issues/ complaints.Coordinate with HQ Supply Managers and Factories to ensure on-time deliveriesArrange deliveries from Distribution Centers in Singapore and Germany to Asia Pacific and Middle East customersManage deliveries directly from Factories to our end customersCoordinate shipments with ForwardersHandle customer claims and inquiries from CRM systemManage return shipments from customersProvide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfactionData analysis to monitor Logistical KPIAd hoc tasks as required by Management

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines1-2 years of relevant working experience is an advantageGood analytical and communication skillsSelf- motivated, independent, and able to work under pressureGood command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantageWell-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
