What you can look forward to as Logistics Operation Supervisor: 

Logistics & Supply Chain Management：Oversee inbound logistics, customs declarations, and outbound shipments. Manage inventory planning for OE, Stabilus, and Asian Range. Monitor and improve supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure timely and accurate shipping, customs clearance, and delivery to meet customer expectations Coordinate with 3PL providers, specifically CEVA Logistics Thailand Warehouse Management：Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Team Leadership & Compliance：lead and manage the Purchasing & Logistics department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Your Profile as Logistics Operation Supervisor：

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle routine operations efficiently.Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently
