Join our team as a Logistics Operations Coordinator – Receiving Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations at our 3PL warehouse in Chattanooga, TN. As the go-to person for managing receiving exceptions, you'll collaborate with the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator and keep our supply chain running smoothly.
Location: Chattanooga, TNSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.12/hourWhat You’ll Do:
Problem-Solve with Precision: Analyze and resolve supplier receipt exceptions, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
Manage Key Operations: Oversee and maintain the receipt exception database, keeping everything organized and accurate.
Collaborate and Verify: Work closely with the Receiving team to ensure receipt exceptions are verified and accounted for, contributing to smooth warehouse operations.
What You Bring to the Table:Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or administrative roles in a warehouse or operations setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data and create reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and follow-through that ensures nothing is missed.

Pay Details: $15.12 per hour
