Airswift is looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator to work on an outsourced contract (7 to 9 months) in Rio de Janeiro with a major oil and gas company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Invoice tracking:
- Monitor and follow up on invoices issued to the company
- Inventory and asset control:
- Manage and check the storage of material in stock.
- Supervising the movement of assets, including:
- Shipping and receiving of materials.
- Cargo unitization operations and loading/returning assets to/from the platform.
- Coordinating the triangulation of assets between the company and suppliers.
- Maintaining control in the GRC, SAP and Kabal systems.
- Monitoring the inventory and consumption of materials in SAP.
- Supporting communication between the company, the port and suppliers:
