What are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Understanding of business management software like SAP & Red Prairie.

Ability to tolerate an ambiguous environment

What will be your key responsibilities?

Operate and maintain Counter balanced lift truck, including the documentation of forklift checks.

Ensure a constant flow of finished goods from production area to warehouse, shuttle trailers, or direct shipments.

Stage, scan and pull product and store them in the warehouse area four high.

Provide an ongoing audit of product quality and correct pallet damages as needed.

Maintain area and equipment in adherence to the site GMP standards.

Continuously communicate with the Team leads to resolve any issues or questions that arise throughout the shift.

Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot and cold.

Able to complete all tasks assigned by manager abiding by the Mars Quality and Safety Practices.

Able to learn and operate within the WMS system.
