In addition to working onsite at one of our PSLD facilities, our hybrid work model allows employees flexibility to work from home based on business need currently + This role requires up to 10% domestic travel **What You Will Do:** + Leading projects associated with lean processes, global market understanding, tools, and systems especially Salesforce and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) + Designs and develops solutions, collaborates with senior stakeholders and business users to collect VOB/VOC, business requirements, and prepares implementation plans for successful deployment. + Contributes to strategic initiatives such as the development of standardized best practices, offerings, services and development of associated tools & training. + Serves as the lead technical representative for a respective discipline, and will work directly with a wide range of procurement / enterprise representatives, including presenting recommendations to senior leaders. **What You Have (Required Skills):** + **Business Process Improvement** : Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities. + **Data Analytics** : Knowledge of techniques and processes for inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data; ability to discover useful information, draw logical conclusions, and support decision-making. + **Effective Communications** : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. **What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):** + Salesforce + Transportation Management Systems + Project Management **What You Will Get** + In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a global team and have the chance to showcase different skills daily!
