The Logistics Project Manager will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with internal functional organizations. Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers. Establish standards and an executable project roadmap towards the achievement of strategic goals. The candidate will drive data driven decisions, develop tools and lead the team to transform data into insights that drive business value. The selected candidate will work under limited supervision while exercising responsibility in choosing and meeting the technical, financial, and schedule targets of projects.
What You Will Do
Leadership of multiple projects running concurrently and within a matrix organizationGenerate a strong focus on customer relationships whilst motivating team members on delivering internal objectivesCreation and maintenance of robust, adequately detailed and resourced project plans to enable progress, track cost and accurately forecast resource requirementsProvide regular and effective project performance updates to management. Accountable for the delivery of all project milestonesPro-actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and define mitigation actionsParticipate and lead continuous improvement activities to drive efficiency and eliminate waste within processes and the organizationPromote a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvementContribute to improving the team through process and tool developmentDashboard ownership, Management & IntegrationImplement changes (System & Culture), train and ensure end-user adoptionTeam management and leadershipBuild project team & data teamQualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience.Experience with leading and or delivering projects.Experience with either CORE OS Professional or Lean Six Sigma.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer
CORE OS Expert (or Expert in Training)Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Certification, or equivalent.Technical expertise in reporting capabilities within available tools – Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Warehouse / Analysis for Office, SQL Server, SAP PRISM, Excel / Visual Basic, Kinaxis, Windows Task Scheduler Automation.Experience in project task, financial, and resource planning and managementStrong leadership skills and the ability to convey effective direction using strong written and verbal skills.Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.What We Offer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
