Your role:
Manage daily logistic activities including scheduling, routing, tracking and documentation.Coordination, documentation, and processing of logistic & warehousing activities in cooperation with other accountable stakeholders (Finance, PLM, Purchasing, Sales…) and proposes and implements measures.Analyzes operational logistic status, informs involved stakeholder adequately - and derives and implements alternative measures to adopt to changing situations.Collaborate and provide regular support regarding logistic activities at international level. Maintain, update and communicates relevant information (regarding master data, delivery schedules, stock-and-order status, and contract information) from suppliers, procurement, and logistic service providers.Coordinates logistic activities regarding equipment in support of Project Logistics Management, and steers respective logistics operations with service providers.Supports PLM in tender preparations and project evaluations and advancement of the project-specific process of customer supply.Requirements:
Spanish (full proficiency) & English ( C1 or equivalent professional competency)Stakeholder management in dynamic environments. Communication and team collaboration skills.Ability to analyze information critically, evaluate it accurately and provide decision-making processes in a dynamic environment.Proven experience in In Vitro logistics healthcare sector and logistics project management.SAP experience, MM & Logistics module. Experience during implementation phase, issues detection and proposal of improvements.Office suite, collaboration tools & specific logistics workflow solution tools experience.Who we are:
