Your Mission As a Logistics Quality Administrative, you will be at the heart of our operational activities for externally manufactured products within the EMEA region. You will ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards before reaching our customers. You will coordinate incoming inspections, manage administrative releases, and be central to handling traceability and critical activities. What You Will Do - Stock Management and Releases : Manage blocked stock and ensure timely release based on your decisions or stakeholder requests. You will also handle non-conforming products, making decisions on rejection or corrective actions as needed. - Environmental Quality Monitoring: Oversee environmental monitoring and implement corrective actions when deviations are detected. - Quality Control: Ensure the release of externally produced products that meet quality standards, making them available for sales. - Stakeholder Support: Collaborate closely with factories, regulatory teams, and markets to manage stock blocking/release and ensure accurate product traceability within EMEA logistics. You will also coordinate actions for safety or quality-related issues, such as rework, repackaging, and relabeling activities to ensure compliance with market-specific regulations. - Compliance Representative: Establish and maintain procedures and instructions that align with internal standards, and provide the necessary training to ensure high levels of quality and compliance.
