Logistics Representative
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: + Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following: + Monitoring customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System + Maintaining any team mailboxes + Performing relationship and knowledge-based exception management to any pre-defined processes + Document and organize existing standard operating processes + Learn multiple job functions within assigned team + Facilitate customer calls and updates, identify when an outgoing call is needed to offer proactive answers + Meet operational metrics + Conduct CHR systems trainings to external CHR customer representatives + Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports + Make fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing CHR by understanding CHR’s value proposition + Act as a resource and support for peers when needed + Understand and utilize CHR’s project-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team + Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements **QUALIFICATIONS** Required: + High School Diploma and/or GED + Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics + Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems + Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested + Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and/or international) + Site Specific: Fluent in English and the primary language of the applicable region Preferred: + Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university + Excellent customer service skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs + Ability to present to a variety of audiences + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to think critically, analyze data and solve problems quickly and accurately + Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment + Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks + Continuous improvement mindset + Ability to adapt to an ambiguous and changing environment + Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization + Values a diverse and inclusive work environment **Disclaimer:** This job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by employees in this position.
