 Job Responsibilities:
\n 

\n\n\n\t\n\t

Order allocation, processing and routing.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner every day so as to not delay production.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Complete end of day processing to ensure customers receive their shipment tracking information.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Upload shipment tracking manually and in a timely manner for customers that require this.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Coordinate UPS, FedEx, and other carriers or drop trailers as needed (both Ground and Expedited).

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Manage reporting to verify all e-commerce orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Research and resolve any errors or issues delaying order fulfillment.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Answer inquiries from our Customer Support team on customer orders in a timely manner.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Maintain excellent interdepartmental communication.
\n\t 

\n\t\n\n\n

Qualifications:
\n 

\n\n\n\t\n\t

Bachelor's degree.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

1-3 years of logistics experience preferred. 

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Experience with ERP and WMS systems, Fedex/UPS software.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Ability to efficiently work independently with little direct supervision, as well as in a team environment.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Good spoken and written communication.

\n\t\n\t\n\t

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

\n\t\n\nAttention to detail with strong organizational skills.
