\n\nOur client is seeking a Logistics /Sales Ops Coordinator to join their team in the Long Beach distribution center. The Logistics /Sales Ops Coordinator’s main responsibility is processing inbound and outbound shipments to our wholesale customers as well as E-Commerce orders and ensuring that any delays are addressed and corrected immediately so as to not negatively affect our customer’s experience. This includes working within our ERP and WMS in order to allocate, process, and generate orders/work for our wholesale and e-commerce order building, communicating directly with our Customer Service team to resolve any issues with orders, and ultimately ensure that our same-day shipping promise to our customers is upheld. This position is a key role that requires excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, great communication, and outstanding work ethic. The ideal candidate should be familiar with shipments to large, national retailers, with experience managing a team.

\nThis is a full-time, on-site role. This is NOT a remote role.
Job Responsibilities:
\n
Oversee and monitor inbound POs across customers. Proactively communicate issues to sales if there are any possible integration issues.
\n\t\n\t\n\tMonitor customer portals to make sure we meet performance metrics.
\n\t\n\t\n\tOversee and review allocations and cancellations of items.
\n\t\n\t\n\tReview if cancelled items are coming before or within the desired ship window to maximize allocation.
\n\t\n\t\n\tManage inventory feeds based on Sales requests.
\n\t\n\t\n\tManually enter POs for customers or sample requests.
\n\t\n\t\n\tCollaborate with the Accounting team to analyze chargebacks and supply supporting documentation for dispute resolution.
\n\t\n\t\n\tResearch and resolve any errors or issues delaying order fulfillment.
\n\t\n\t\n\tRoute, release and ship domestic and international B2B orders within requested ship window.
\n\t\n\t\n\tProcess B2C order batches in a timely manner for our web teams to fulfill.
\n\t\n\t\n\tAudit daily reports to verify all e-commerce orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner.
\n\t\n\t\n\tNotify customers if when OOS of items and communicate the items next ETA.
\n\t\n\t\n\tOversee logistics/business inbox to manage and reply to carriers and/or customers.
\n\t\n\t\n\tCollaborate with the planning team to track and maintain stock levels for key customers.
\n\t\n\n\nQualifications:
\n
Bachelor's degree.
\n\t\n\t\n\t1-3 years of logistics experience preferred.
\n\t\n\t\n\tExperience with ERP and WMS systems, Fedex/UPS software.
\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to efficiently work independently with little direct supervision, as well as in a team environment.
\n\t\n\t\n\tGood spoken and written communication.
\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
\n\t\n\t\n\tAttention to detail with strong organizational skills.
