Responsibilities include order entry, routing and dispatching loads, traffic coordination, maintaining customer profiles, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. **Skill Requirements** + **Must-Have Requirements** + **Logistics** experience (minimum 1 year) + General knowledge of the **transportation industry** + Experience in **order entry** , **routing** , and **dispatching** + Familiarity with track and trace functions in a brokerage environment + **Preferred Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent + Experience writing routine reports and correspondence + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form **Skill Education** + **Logistics:** Involves managing the flow of goods from origin to consumption to meet customer requirements. + **Order Entry:** The process of recording orders into a company's system. + **Routing:** Determining the optimal paths for transportation. + **Dispatching:** Assigning drivers or vehicles for service requests. + **Track and Trace:** Monitoring the progress of shipments through various stages until delivery.
