Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with all customs clearance processes, relevant tariff regulations, and BSMI commodity inspection requirements.Collaborate with suppliers and HQ shipping coordinators to verify materials align with production schedules and follow up on shipment progress.Monitor and analyze the development of government policies and regulations, ensuring adherence to logistics-related regulatory requirements.Organize, monitor, and control all import and return logistics to maintain the shortest delivery cycle from port to warehouse or end destination.Handle logistics expenses.Develop and implement improvements to current logistics processes.Coordinate with project teams to align delivery schedules in advance.Provide reliable support for logistics needs across projects.Requirements:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage or related logistics roles.Proficient knowledge of customs clearance procedures, special import permits, and product certification processes.Strong fluency in English, capable of effective communication with foreign suppliers, HQ, and internal teams.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and logistic analysis tools.Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.Positive, optimistic personality with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: We value your unique identity and perspective.
