Role and Responsibilities

·       Responsible for Logistics (Inbound and Outbound Process) for the site: Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates

·       Maintain and coordinate cross-functional action lists to achieve Logistics schedule plan · Provide suggestions and implement Logistics activity to avoid any shipment delay for smooth operation

·       Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within Logistics Team to ensure goods are ready to shipment.

·       Participate in personnel development at all levels through talent acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for high performers, education, communication and expectation setting.

·       Coordinate with 3PL / Freight Forwarder and collaborate with WH Team

Qualifications

·       6 -8 years of experience in supply chain / Logistics any field Sourcing / Buying / Planning / Inventory / Logistic (Preferable Logistics – Inbound and Outbound)

·       Preference for candidates with a strong experience for Inbound and Outbound background

·       Excellent local language communication skills

·       Good command of English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

·       Detailed knowledge and experience of manufacturing for Logistics planning and execution (preferably in low volume/high mix and high technology environment)

·       Project management skills working with action lists and coordinating with concerned for updates and resolution

·       Playing good Team work with good attitude for smooth operation

·       Oracle system knowledge would be preferable
