What you will do:

Develop and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with carriers and collaborate effectively with internal teamsCoordinate and oversee the transportation of goods to customers and internal orders, ensuring accurate data is provided to Finance for sales recognitionMonitor delivery dates and proactively implement improvements to enhance logistics efficiencyProcess and follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution and customer satisfactionAssist during audits by collecting and submitting requested documents within established deadlinesManage document archiving related to order processing and shipments for easy retrieval and complianceCollaborate with warehouses to arrange consolidated shipments and ensure smooth operationsProvide necessary information for customs clearance and issue shipping-related documents in the local ERP system

What you need:

Required:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent market experience in logistics or a related fieldProficiency in Russian and strong English communication skills

Preferred:

Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systemsExceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience or familiarity with EDI invoicing and customs processes
