**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ **Order Coordination and Inventory Management** : Handle call-in orders, schedule deliveries, track vendor compliance, maintain inventories, and supervise bulk shipping.
+ **Administrative and Office Duties** : Manage general office tasks, coordinate mail and shipping, maintain safety logs, and ensure government permits are updated.
+ **Accounts Payable and Procurement** : Act as liaison for invoice processing, review invoices, assist with procurement, and manage month-end closing activities.
+ **HR and Safety Compliance** : Provide training, administer drug screening, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate safety activities and training.
+ **Dispatch and Logistics Support** : Assist with dispatch coordination, reconcile BoL discrepancies, manage RFID cards, and ensure timely truck dispatch.
