Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Specialist to join our team at Bosch in Almaty. If you have a passion for logistics and a strong background in supply chain management, we invite you to apply and become a key part of our innovative and dynamic team. 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

Development of the warehouse process landscape and training provider’s employees (3PL services); 

Control over warehouse processes and their subsequent adaptation to customers’ needs; 

Planning and development of a warehouse layout and material flow within warehouse premises; 

Ensuring the safety standards of stored inventory items, compliance with storage conditions, compliance with rules and procedures for expedition document flow; 

Monitoring and reporting warehouse KPIs (including daily KPI) and developing measures to achieve them; 

Monitoring warehouse claims and taking responsibility on activities for countermeasures; 

Development and implementation of measures to increase productivity and improve the quality of warehouse processes; 

Implementation of the CIP methodology for continuous improvement of process quality; 

Implementation of new business models according to customers’ requirements; 

Coordination of the goods and materials inventory in the warehouse; 

Being the main contact person for the sales department for all warehouse topics; 

Taking care of IT questions related to WMS; 

Participation in warehouse-related projects and tenders. 

Cooperation with other Bosch divisions to identify business needs related to logistics. 

Qualifications

Qualification requirements: 

Higher education in the field of "Logistics" 

Relevant experience in logistics 

Experience with 3PL providers 

Strong analytical skills 

Confident negotiation skills 

English level - B2+, Kazakh, Russian - fluent 

Confident PC skills (experienced user of MS Excel, 1C) 

Soft skills:  

Results oriented 

Proactiveness 

Team player 

Strong communication skills 

Ability to work under pressure and stressful situations
