About the Role
The Partnership Distribution Support – Channel Services Delivery – Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Logistics is able to effectively provide assistance to the Distribution Channels in handling sales supplies, tools and fixed assets while ensuring consistent compliance with set policies and procedures. The Logistics Specialist is responsible for taking the lead in assigned projects until its completion.Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor, review, validate / dispute, if applicable, the Monthly Billings of vendors. Ensure accurate billing and payment.Monitor, review and coordinate with the Off Boarding Teams on the Clearance for Logistics tools and valid employee deductions. Provide regular reports to stakeholders.Draft and release employee notification on the deduction. Handle employee deduction related concerns.Prepare and submit the monthly accruals report to Finance to ensure proper budget allocation. Monitor variance of forecast versus actual expense. Provide regular report and insights. Monitor, review and assess the existing vendor performance and recommend to maintain or replace vendors subject to the Company’s needs and requirements.Conduct comparative cost analysis and recommend the vendor that offer the best value for purchases.Evaluate and provide recommendation for the resolution of logistics related or process concerns raised or issues identified. Prepare the report for communication and approval. Implement/facilitate to implement the approved resolution.Review and update Logistics process maps and procedure manual.Monitor and review, assess and recommend improvements for the inventory process and files.Lead/handle the Logistics related BAU and projects, coordinate with the project managers, stakeholders and vendors.Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor and / or Assistant Director for PD-Sales Support.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management
Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Computer savvy
Above Average understanding ang knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word etc.
Willing to be assigned in BPI AIA Makati Head Office
Skills in decision making, multi-tasking, organization, prioritization, detail orientation
Ability to: work with a high sense of integrity and sense of urgency
