They will be in charge of overseeing a process of the delivery - techs must be assertive and display leadership qualitied. Example: 5 trucks come in and they are responsible for unloading, palatizing and will supervise the work and ensure that the work is done efficiently Performs assigned tasks and escalates issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations.
