**Logistics Specialist – Southfield, MI** 📍 **Location:** Southfield, MI 💰 **Pay:** $20-$25 per hour 📆 **Shift:** Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Adecco is hiring a **Logistics Specialist** for a national leader logistics and freight movement. In this role, you’ll support air and ground expedites while handling order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** ✔ Enter and manage customer orders in the Freight Optimizer system ✔ Communicate with account managers, receivers, and customers on load status ✔ Monitor and ensure timely pickups and deliveries ✔ Handle driver check-ins and validate load data for accounting ✔ Investigate overages, shortages, and damages with proper documentation ✔ Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments ✔ Provide drivers with clear routing instructions **What You Need:** ✅ **Minimum:** 1 year of logistics experience & basic transportation industry knowledge ✅ **Preferred:** High school diploma, report-writing experience & strong problem-solving skills If you have experience in air and ground expedites and a drive to learn more, APPLY NOW! **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
