Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe. + Logistics Specialist/Compliance + \Responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and rectifying the operational activities within NCR Atleo's (Cardtronics) ATM fleet to ensure field compliance with all ADA regulations, mitigate potential liabilities, and help avoid penalties, sanctions, or other legal ramifications. + Must be proficient in excel; required to comprehend spreadsheets and how they work as daily tasks involve heavy excel usage. + Reviewing surveys, photos and video of thousands of site visits generated by our service providers working throughout the U.S. Based on the established project quality control standards, the Specialist will approve or fail the visits. + Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing. + Completes the review of audits daily in a timely and accurate manner. + Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and processes related to the various tasks outlined within the department. + Responsible for teaming alongside Program Management and other internal teams to ensure service providers are dispatched expeditiously along with rectifying compliance problems in the field. + Prior project coordinating or assisting is preferred. + Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information through proper channels. + Conduct in-house research pertaining to events or items in Core, Device Manager, SharePoint, and service provider databases/web portals. + Update database inconsistencies in databases as needed. + Assist in other areas as outlined by management. + Other duties may be assigned. **SYSTEMS INVOLVED** **:** + CORE (Internal) + Device Manager (Internal) + Oracle (Internal) + Microsoft Office + Various Vendor Web Portals + SharePoint + QuickBase (Internal) + Workday (Internal) **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:** No **EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Some accounting, clerical or administrative support experience preferred. + **Two to five years of experience in a position utilizing Excel daily.** + Customer Service experience preferred, but not required. + Solid organizational and time management skills. + Strong attention to detail. + Excellent focus and drive to execute task/deadline responsibilities. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly respond and prioritize between multiple demands. + Ability to work well in a team and in an independent contributor setting. + Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. + Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
