Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Support site surveys, spares, support equipment, publications, training, software, and transportation requirements. Coordinate prospective changes to aircraft/avionics/weapons/support equipment quantities and operating aircraft. Provide ILS support to the APML and Program/Case Manager as needed. Participate in meetings to support logistics objectives. Perform other duties determined by program needs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: Associate's degree in business, management, or technical discipline. Allowable Substitution: An additional two (2) years of experience may be substituted for an associate degree (AA/AS). Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant work experience supporting U.S. Government programs is required. Demonstrated experience performing a wide range of analytic tasks, developing worthwhile recommendations, and preparing reports for management consideration. Desired Experience: Experience identifying logistics requirements for responding to LOAs, P&As, RFIs, and RFPs desired. Knowledge of the H-53 helicopter, Romeo-specific preferred. Naval aviation maintenance experience preferred. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office. FMS Experience. Ability to travel. Other Requirements: This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance. Skills & Technology Used Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Possesses both analytical and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills/techniques. Business Partner/Effective Communicator: English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors. Strong communicators must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally. Ability to train, lead projects, and direct employees. Customer service oriented, detail focused, proactive behavior, and multi-tasking capability. Software: Microsoft Office Suite Excel Outlook SharePoint Personal computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.
