Logistics Specialist (Supply and Services) (Secret Clearance)

To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! **Responsibilities** + Develops logistics strategies and recommends changes to processes to keep programs ahead of schedule. Assesses, manages and works to reduce risk factors. + Enhances workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. + Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. + Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. + Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports. Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers. + Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. + Provides reports from inspections and advises on the overall compliance for the Commands NET and NEF Standing Operations Procedure (SOP) by the subordinate units + Provides technical and administrative assistance to all supported units on sustainment matters including by entering data into multiple databases IAW respective regulations and policies to include USARC 750-1. + Produces and provides COR/ACOR reports such as the KYLOC updates and CIF-ISM ensuring that all information provided is accurate. + Assists in the preparation, scheduling, execution and reporting in the Automated Inspection Programs (AIP) for the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP). + Assists the Government in managing the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) Program and provide feedback on submitted meal requests IAW Command Food Service Standing Operating Procedures (SOP). + Provides supply guidance and support to units in accordance with Army Regulations 710-1 and 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1 and 710-2-2, and USACAPOC (A) G4 Policies and Procedures. + Assists the Government in maintaining files in accordance with applicable policies, including Army Regulation 25-400-2. + Provides assistance to the Government in the management, accountability, and performance of the supply management functions for Central Issue Facility (CIF) transactions utilizing an automated system by monitoring the ISM-CIF transactions and providing weekly delinquency report to the COR/ACOR in accordance with applicable regulations and policies. + Appropriately track the status of all Supply and Services taskers and operation orders to ensure deadlines are met. **Qualifications** + Requires BA and 0-2 years. + Must be a U.S. citizen with a security clearance SECRET level or higher.
