Position Overview:

As a dynamic member of Tyson's Fleet Operations, Warehousing, or Procurement teams, these roles provide a comprehensive experience in operational support and data analytics, coupled with exposure to procurement functions.

Fleet Operations: You will assist in ensuring customer service and safety within the Fleet Operations team, communicating with drivers, customers, load planning, sales, claims, road service, and facilities. Responsibilities include creating ad hoc reports, performing administrative tasks, and potentially supporting fleet managers under the supervision of the terminal manager. This role offers valuable insights into leadership and safety principles and opportunities for networking across various business units.Warehousing Analytics: As part of the Warehousing Analytics Intern role, you will utilize data analytics to support warehousing operations. This hands-on experience will enable you to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes and gain practical experience at the intersection of warehousing and analytics.Procurement Internship: The Procurement Intern for the 2025 Summer Session will be immersed in the Tyson Global Procurement team at the Springdale corporate office. Over the 10-week program, starting the week after Memorial Day and ending in the second week of August, you will work under the supervision of various Procurement teams and potentially other stakeholders, including the International Team. This role involves supporting special projects and provides opportunities to network with other interns across different Supply Chain functions and the broader Tyson enterprise.

Requirements:

Education: Current junior or senior with at least one year remaining; preferred majors include Supply Chain, Business, Animal Science, or related fields.Experience: Previous work experience in any field is beneficial.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in Word and PowerPoint.Special Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, a motivated self-starter, and a willingness to engage with people.

These positions are located in Northwest Arkansas at various Tyson locations. Please Note: This role is a summer only internship that requires the selected candidate to work as many as 40 hours per week during the summer. This role also requires the selected candidate to work in office at designated office.
