Position Summary
This position is responsible for the overall logistics process. The Logistics Supervisor ensures that all produced material is registered accurately in SEHA systems and delivered as required. The Logistics Supervisor ensures that all operators are properly trained to ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets.Role and Responsibilities
Second Shift
1. Review Master Production Plan (WA/WB/WP/Sub Lines) for delivery schedule.
2. Manage model Code, material input, and staging areas.
3. Verify GI/GR more specifically the scanning process and inventory locations.
4. Analyze WIP aging through researching of SL and monitoring inventory discrepancy.
5. Ensure Material Management (item slip tracking/creation/split/merge)
6. Conduct Stock Move/Cycle Count and Monitor Stock Dashboard/FIFO
7. Manage powered industrial equipment and ensure safe practices

Skills and Qualifications
Second Shift
1. Education: High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred)
2. Experience: Minimum 4 years of related experience
3. Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise with inventory management and a strong understanding of material flow.
4. Skills: Excellent communication, competent Microsoft office, project management, problem solving skills, excellent time management, effective collaboration skills, and detail oriented.
Technical skills: Experienced with ERP software and powered industrial equipment.
5. Domestic role. No direct interaction with HQ or region.
