Our Danfoss Searcy, AR facility is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join its team. The Logistics Supervisor will coordinate the day-to-day operations of all aspects of logistics (i.e. distribution, inventory control, order fulfilment, etc.) to ensure work is completed in a safe and efficient manner. This position will be responsible for supervising approximately 20 employees to deliver excellence to our customers and meet assigned deadlines.
The Logistics Supervisor reports to the Supply Chain Manager and will work daily out of the Searcy, AR facility. Relocation for this position cannot be provided. Work authorization is not available for this position.

Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution and minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing/logistics related field is required. Or in lieu of a degree the applicant can have a minimum of 1 years’ experience managing people, along with 7 years’ experience in manufacturing/logistics related field would be required. Demonstrates analytical capability and creative thinking when planning and solving problems Experience engaging in continuous improvement projects and proven ability to be a change agent in their role Ability to display strong organizational skills Experience working in a fast paced, large dynamic changing environment, is strongly preferred Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business or related field. Experience in supply chain management, machining, lean manufacturing, production planning
