**Job Title:** Logistics Support 1 **Pay Rate:** $26.00 per hour **Location:** Elkridge, MD 21075 **Schedule:** Full-time; Consultant (12 Months), Monday to Friday, **1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)** This posting is reviewed daily by an experienced aerospace recruiter, not by AI. **Position Description:** We are seeking a **Material Processor/Logistics Support Coordinator** to join the **Receiving and Inventory Team** at our **Troy Hill Campus in Elkridge, MD.** This role is critical in supporting **warehouse operations, inventory control, material receipt processing, and compliance for contractor-owned and government-furnished property.** The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced logistics environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Utilize **computer systems** for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting inventory transactions. + Receive **incoming materials** from vendors and manufacturing. + Monitor and maintain inventory, identifying special stock requirements and segregating materials accordingly. + Process **material receipts** and fulfill **material requests** for manufacturing work in progress (WIP) and Contract End Items (CEI). + Perform **physical cycle counts** and reconcile stock per **CM and MMAS standards** . + Identify, document, and process physical inventory losses to support **company and Government/Customer-owned property compliance** . + Ensure process compliance during **internal and external audits** . **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + **High School diploma or GED** . + Minimum of **2 years of experience** in **receiving, inventory control, logistics, warehouse, or a similar role** . + Ability to **obtain and maintain a forklift operating license** . + Capable of lifting up to **35 lbs** . + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office products** (Excel, Outlook, Word). + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes, procedures, and requirements. **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Prior experience using **SAP, GOLD, and ISE/CADSTAR** . + Knowledge of **DD Form 1149 and DD Form 250** for government property management. **About Our Team:** At PDS Tech, we connect talented professionals with leading organizations in **aviation, aerospace, defense, and logistics** .
